Property Manager for Private Client – £80k-£100k
Based in Italy – Must speak fluent Italian
This role will be based in Italy at a large private residence.
Responsibilities include:
– Oversee all external duties
– Knowledge of construction/ Renovation projects
– Contracts
– Managing Outside vendors ie – maintenance, gardeners etc
– Budget management of staffing, rotas etc
5 + years experience in a similar role needed
Has worked in Italy before and understands the language/culture.
