Our client, an established group of Property Consultants, are currently looking for a Property Manager to join their office in Mayfair. My client specialise in commercial property management and residential block management. The Property Manager will be managing Blocks across London ranging from 6 to 120 units. This position will be 3 days in office and 2 days working from home with site visits.

It is envisaged that the ideal candidate has prior Block Management experience and ideally based within commuting distance of Mayfair. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to join a growing company who offer an attractive package and a local portfolio within London.

Property Manager Position Overview

• Understand budgets, manage contracts
• Carry out Section 20 procedures
• Organise day to day appointments and attend AGM’s as and when needed
• Manage a portfolio of residential blocks in London
• Reporting to Senior Management

Property Manager Position Requirements

• Must be based within commuting distance of Mayfair
• Must have previous Block Management experience
• IRPM would be advantageous but not essential
• Section 20 experience
• Full UK Driver’s license
• Good IT and Grammar
• Qube software knowledge would be advantageous

Property Manager Position Remuneration

• Salary: 38,000 – 42,000 Possibly more for the right candidate
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Pension
• Team Incentives
• Mileage allowance
• Full package to be discussed at interview stage
