Property Services Manager Eastleigh, Hampshire
Salary: Up to £65,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a fast-growing business in Eastleigh, Hampshire. We are seeking a proactive and driven Property Services Manager to join the team and contribute to the continued success of the business.

About the Role:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office
• Manage a small team of Operatives
• Take responsibility for contract management on projects up to £4 million
• Provide accurate pricing, quotes, and tenders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
• Ensure site Health and Safety procedures are followed
• Write and review method statements and risk assessments
• Manage direct and subcontractor resources
• Produce contract RAMs and CPPs as required

About You:

• Experienced in planned, refurbishment, and development contracts
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry
• A natural team player with the ability to motivate and lead
• Must hold SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS cards
• Proficient in writing risk assessments and method statements
• Fully compliant with H&S procedures and CDM regulations
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
