Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to progress straight to senior level within a company who are known for investing in staff through industry leading training and development?

Excellent opportunity to step into a senior level role within a market leading business who are well known for providing extensive internal and external training opportunties to upskill staff along with progression beyond senior level to principal/director roles.

This is a great time to join the business as they continually secure new contracts with blue chip clients and require extra staff to maintain the high levels of service they’re known for.

In this role you will use your commercial knowledge to assist all sectors of the company to ensure projects are cost effective and completed to budget. You will manage cash flow responsibilities and manage contracts for both clients and subcontractors ensuring payments between all stakeholders are done correctly in a timely manner.

This role suits a Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager looking for professional development within a market leading company.

The Role:

• Managing financial planning and forecasting
• Liaising with both clients and subcontractors
• Reporting progress to director and senior management team

The Person:

• Relevant industry qualification / chartered
• Experience within Engineering, Construction and/or Water Industry
• Commercial and contract conditions knowledge
