We are actively recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work on a project converting a 1.7-acre site into 130 high-end residential apartments in the Clerkenwell/Angel area of Islington, London on behalf of our main contractor client on a Permanent basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage project budgets, costs, and cash flow.
• Prepare monthly cost-value reports and financial forecasts.
• Oversee the procurement and management of subcontractors.
• Negotiate contracts, handle variations, and resolve disputes.
• Work closely with project managers, site teams, and clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor junior quantity surveying staff.
• Ensure projects comply with health and safety regulations.

Academic qualifications:

• Previous Quantity Surveyor mixed-use Construction or Refurbishment expereince necessary.
• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is desired.
• Professional qualifications and RICS membership would be highly valued for this position.
