Regional HR Advisor – Remote with Travel – Permanent

Position: Regional HR AdvisorLocation: Remote with travel Contract: PermanentSalary/Benefits: Up to £31,000 Hours: Full time

Role Details – Regional HR AdvisorWe are currently looking for a proactive HR Advisor to join a reputable business on a permanent basis.You will work closely alongside other members of the HR Team on a range of day-to-day general HR matters and HR related projects.

Responsibilities of the Regional HR Advisor

• Act as the main point of contact via telephone and email to provide HR advice to Managers and colleagues across the Company, referring to policies, procedures, and employment law as appropriate.
• Proactively manage formal and informal employee relations cases, providing advice, guidance and coaching to Managers.
• Issue staff contracts, ensuring compliance with Company processes, including pre-employment checks, new starter processes and other documentation as required throughout the employee life cycle.
• Working with the team on TUPE transfers and ensuring all appropriate employee data is recorded on in-house systems.
• Process changes to terms and conditions; notifying employees and relevant Departments, ensuring records are updated.
• Support with the implementation of the new HR and Payroll system.

Skills required for the Regional HR Advisor

• Previous experience of working in a fast-paced HR Department in a similar role
• Minimum of CIPD level 5 or equivalent.
• Up-to-date understanding of HR processes and current UK employment law
• You must be flexible to travel, and have access to a vehicle
