Regional Invoicing Administrator – Ipswich

Salary up to £25k p.a. + bonus!

Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00 (1 hr lunch). Maximum of 5 Saturdays within each year, working 5 hrs.

We are looking for a Trainee Invoicer/Administrator to join us at our Ipswich site. Full training will be provided.

In this role you will work closely with the Workshop Team to collate information from Technician job card/write ups, creating invoices for works carried out.

Due to a month end falling on a Saturday or Sunday, you may be required to work 5 hrs on the Saturday; if it falls on a weekday, we would require you to work until 7pm, which you would take back the following day and finish at 3pm.

• Able to work in an organised and methodical manner within a fast paced environment
• Ability to communicate with customers and colleagues
• Sound customer service skills with the ability to approach and ensure a positive outcome
• Good level of IT skills

What will you be doing

Key responsibilities and skills: (Training will be given)

• Translate write ups into accurate chargeable items
• Ensure correct amount charged for sundries/environmental charges
• Ensure invoices are correctly coded (i.e., Warranty/Contracts/Retail)
• Maximise charges in all areas
• Maintain a good level of work in progress
• Any other reasonable duties requested via Manager
