About The Role

To lead a team of employees to provide a fully integrated service to the contract, managing all operational teams employed to ensure efficient and effective service provision in line with agreed budgets and service specifications. Monitor and report on the quality and financial performance of the services within the scope of the contract, to include innovation in service delivery. Aim to continuously improve the service delivery to the client.

OCS is recruiting for a Regional Manager (South).

You will be working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week on a permanent, full-time basis.

Duties:

To be the first point of contact for the management of OCS service delivery to clients.Demonstrate a responsive “can-do” attitude to the client, and end users.Provide regular progress reports and service updates to our supply chain partners.Responsibility for ensuring due compliance to the contract specificationAccount management responsibility to develop contract operationsProvide reports for our client representative and OCS management teams on all aspects of service

Carry out staff & supplier appraisals in accordance with OCS policies.

Ensure Personnel Files are kept up to date and that at all time employees are adhering to Company Policy & Procedure

Requirements:

A Level, further higher education or equivalentNEBOSH/IOSH Certificate would be desirableIH Membership, appropriate trade qualifications and recognitionIT Literate, MS Office/competent in the use of Excel, Power point Minimum of four years in a healthcare Cleaning/Hotel Services environmentProven background in delivering a range of Cleaning/Hotel Services would be a pre-requisite.Ability to interpret contract documentationAbility to translate formal documentation into working specificationsBusiness development, retention and championing new and up to date initiatives are keys to success in thisrole.Demonstrable track record of excellent client relationship management and customer-facing/partneringskillsMust have experience of full budgetary control to include complex fixed price or nil subsidy contracts
