About Our Client:
Our client, a prestigious property management company, is seeking an experienced Estate Manager to oversee operations at an iconic retail and leisure destination situated in the heart of London.

Overview:
As the Estate Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards and reputation of the estate. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring exceptional customer service, fostering strong relationships with occupiers, and driving revenue opportunities to maximise the site’s potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service across all aspects of operations.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with occupiers to enhance tenant satisfaction and optimise retail sales opportunities.
• Adhere to key performance indicators and operational standards set by the Managing Agent.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the estate and the local community, establishing strong ties and fostering goodwill.
• Maintain the estate to impeccable standards, overseeing all maintenance and repair activities carried out by third-party contractors.
• Manage tendering processes and contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and budgetary constraints.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety and legal compliance across all aspects of estate management.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including owners, asset managers, managing agents, occupiers, contractors, and local authorities.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to the Management Surveyor and Client, providing comprehensive updates on operational activities, financial performance, and any relevant issues.
• Maintain service charge properties to high standards.
• Minimise liability risk exposure.
• Maintain all plant and equipment.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the property management sector.
• Strong leadership qualities with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Demonstrated track record of successful stakeholder management and community engagement initiatives.
