The main focus of this role is to coordinate, allocate and schedule repairs work for the Responsive Repairs, Void Repairs and Compliance Team, in relation to the various Servicing contracts, cyclical programmes.

• Schedule and allocate repairs for a designated team of trades persons or external contractors.
• Monitor tradespersons, contractor diaries to ensure appropriate levels of work and emergency cover
• Liaise with trades, contractors, tenants and other departments to ensure all relevant information is communicated
• Answer tenant, trade or contractor queries over the telephone and on email within the defined Customers Service standards
• Raise and schedule jobs, including follow-ups
• Monitor jobs to ensure target dates are met, reschedule and prioritise as necessary
• Record all interactions on housing system, file relevant documents on shared drive • Ensure jobs/stages are completed on housing system each day
• Raise purchase orders and update system when works have been completed
• Issue work to contractors, and monitor completion to ensure work is completed on time to the standard required by the customer, the client and budget
• Keep Repairs/Voids Team Leaders and compliance managers informed of any issues with trades persons or contractors
• Liaise with energy suppliers in relation to costs associated with void properties
• Act as first point of contact for trades persons to support problem solving • Provide information to trades persons to ensure “Right 1st Time”
• Day to day administration of various compliance contracts, monitoring access and assisting tenants with appointments. Maintaining records and documents and running reports to ensure compliance under the various regulations
• Day to day administration including all administration processes for the preparation of Court proceedings, where necessary, ensuring customer service is maintained throughout the process and the tenant’s needs and vulnerabilities addressed throughout
