Our client are a leading Property Development company established over 40 years ago, carrying out luxury residential schemes across London. They are seeking a super organised Senior Block Manager for their busy office in Harrow.Are you the experienced Senior Block Manager this luxury residential company are looking for? This is an exciting opportunity to join their block management team, helping to provide their clients with the excellent level of customer service they provide and work hard to maintain. You will be dealing with a mixture of residential and commercial properties.This is a much sought after Mon-Fri position. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.Salary and benefits of the Senior Block Manager role include:

• Salary £45,000 – £50,000
• Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm

The role of the Senior Block Manager will entail:

• Preparing service charge statements and budgets
• Dealing with leases and managing agents
• Monitoring rent and service charge payments
• Renewing and negotiating service contracts
• Introducing estate management strategies
• Streamlining processes
• Rent reviews
• Coordinate with the in-house maintenance team
• Carry out site visits

The skills required for the Senior Block Manager role include:

• 5 years + Block management experience and all aspects of property management including service charges, budgets, leases and insurance
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written
• Working knowledge of current government legislation
• Full understanding of the health and safety checks
• Eager to provide exceptional levels of service to clients
• Attention to detail
• Excellent problem solving ability
• Ability to work in a team as well as on your own initiative
• Full UK driving licence and own car
