Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Development Manager to join the team.

Location: East Midlands

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum + bonus

Job Type/Hours: Full-time.

Senior Business Development Manager – The Role:

This is a pivotal role for the organisation as they look to significantly drive revenue over the next 3 years. The role will be responsible for driving new business and winning new long term contracts. The successful individual will deliver high value services and drive customer satisfaction, ensuring that the organisations fantastic reputation is maintained whilst driving profits.

Senior Business Development Manager – Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and drive the overall sales function and strategy

– Drive new business opportunities whilst fostering strong relationships with clients to deliver short-term and long-term business objectives

– Work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and manage the sales budget

– Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth

– Use market insights to adapt sales strategy to maintain a competitive edge

Senior Business Development Manager – You:

– Previous experience in selling soft FM services (ideally commercial cleaning)

– Proven track record increasing revenue to meet ambitious growth targets

– Strong knowledge of bids and tenders

– Ability to build credibility at senior level with key stakeholders
