We are currently working in partnership with a leading tier one civil engineering company with locations across the UK. The position will involve working on an established telecoms network build contract.

Key Essentials

Reporting to the Operations Director, the Senior Contracts Manager will be responsible for delivering a fast paced turnkey telecoms network build contract

Management and delegation with subcontractors including operations, streetwork and commercial

Responsible for planning, design, performance management and process improvement to ensure efficient project operations

Management and reporting of KPI’s with the client

Understanding contract scope and opportunities

Accountable for the delivery of work programmes, helping to drive delivery

Commercial awareness

Overseeing a heat map of issues with clients and being the main point of contact

Risk management with clients

Demonstrating performance and identifying improvement

Improving client perceptions

Requirements

Previous experience working at a senior level on telecoms network build is essential (PIA or Openreach)

Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to delegate at all levels across various departments

Strong operational management skills on network builds
