About the role
At HL we are embarking on a major transformation that will change the way our colleagues work and enable them with modern, intuitive and connected systems. Over the next few years, with strong business sponsorship, we will incrementally deliver and make it easy for colleagues to serve our clients and collaborate.
Salesforce is already enabling major change and will form a significant part of our colleague target state architecture. In order to drive this transformation, HL is establishing a SF Practice within our Technology function.
This new group will provide thought leadership, strong business partnership and ensure implementation best practices are adopted. The Snr Software Engineering Manager role will report directly to Matt Parkes (CTO – Digital Business Optimisation) and be responsible for establishing and leading this new group.
