Description

• Negotiate best terms and supplier delivery
• Strategic planning, budget planning and forecast planning processes – develop short, long and medium term procurement strategy
• Develop formal category strategies with a deep knowledge of the business
• Challenge the business on ethical sourcing
• Ensure risk management strategies are in place
• Coach, train and empower direct reports ensuring that your people are developed and fulfilling potential
• Supplier relationship management
• Contracts and compliance

• Strong indirect category experience
• People management experience
• Ability to multitask
• Strong influencing and communication skills
