Key Responsibilities but not limited to:-

• Oversee residential fire sprinkler installations from start to finish.
• Prepare sales proposals and secure new installation contracts.
• Take ownership of financial performance for the installation division.
• Recruit, develop, and grow a high-performing project team from scratch.
• Ensure seamless operations between clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Manage budgets, cash flow, and timelines while ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
• Present project reports and contribute to business growth strategies.
