Actively seeking an enthusiastic Senior Site Manager to join a long standing principal contractor on a permanent basis. This Principal contractor has been operating for over a century across the residential, commercial, heritage, MOD, Medical, Leisure and Education sector. With an average project value ranging from 1million – 20million, this main contractor specialises in high quality refurbishment schemes.

About the role of a Senior Site Manager

The Senior Site Manager candidate will be the Number one on site reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager for a re cladding residential refurbishment scheme.

Responsibilities for the Senior Site Manager

• Ensure the project is running to programme and is compliant with Health & Safety.
• Strong focus on Quality Assurance.
• Manage and Motivate the Site team and subcontractors
• Run weekly progress meetings and Health & Safety meetings

Requirements for the Senior Site Manager role

• Experience with residential re cladding schemes up to 10million.
• Number one on site delivery experience, seeing a project through from start to finish
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management desired
• Leadership ability
