Key Essentials:

As Senior Streetworks Analyst you will be responsible for analysing information to ensure compliance with NRSWA and TMA across multiple utility contracts

You will be responsible for investigating, managing and disputing charges that have been received by highway authorities regarding issues including defects, overruns and FPN’s

Providing regular reports of charges with in-depth corelating information to assist with challenging / accepting fines

Responsible for providing timely payment of accepted charges

Monitoring and reporting on performance within the department

Ensure that strategic improvements are made throughout the contract ensuring client satisfaction

Regularly attend meeting with Local Authorities, helping to establish and maintain a strong relationship

Additional duties include assisting with compliant streetwork scheduling and permitting

Standing in for the manager as and when required

Requirements:

It is essential that you have had previous experience as a Streetworks Analyst in a fast-paced utility environment

Excellent knowledge of streetwork permitting systems, NRSWA legislation and the TMA

It is essential that you have excellent I.T skills in Microsoft Office packages
