Job Title – Senior Void Co-Ordinator

Salary – £30,000 – £32,000per annum

Location – Norwich

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am – 4pm, Friday 8am – 3pm

This is a full time role, part time is not considered.

Job Description:

Our client a large reputable housing association providing maintenance and repair services to thousands of properties across the Norfolk area is looking for a full time, Senior Void Co-Ordinator to join their team.

We are looking for applicants that can provide fantastic customer service, liaise between contractors and the tenants on commencing maintenance works. The candidate must be well organised, have a professional manner, be capable in taking calls, be computer literate in Microsoft outlook, word and excel and be able to learn how to use the company database. You will be working closely with the contracts manager to ensure a smooth running of contracts and projects are being kept in a proficient timescale and service.

Skills and experience essential for the role:

• Must have experience in property management or property maintenance
• Have experience within the social housing or a similar field.
• Must have budget planning skills

Main Responsibilities:

• As the Senior Void Co-Ordinator you’ll oversee void property upgrades.
• As the Senior Void Co-Ordinator you’ll be required to organise and schedule works.
• As the Senior Void Co-Ordinator you’ll coordinate subcontractors to ensure works get completed in time.
• As the Senior Void Co-Ordinator you’ll conduct quality inpections and compete property sign offs.
• As the Senior Void Co-Ordinator you’ll be responsible for identifying possible delays or issues and resolving them.
