• Salary of £39,846 per annum
• Permanent contract, working 35 hours per week
• Agile Working – regularly required to visit NWH properties or meet residents/clients/partners face to face

The Role – Services Manager

Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll lead the Managed Services within North Wales housing, including grounds maintenance, cleaning/caretaker services and offices premises, acting as a point of contact for managing facilities and ensuring premises and services are delivered. You’ll play a key role across the organisation to improve the overall management of services delivered to ensure value for money and customer satisfaction. This will involve:

• Oversee relevant budgets including staffing, equipment and fleet budgets
• Ensure all services delivered comply with health and safety policies and procedures
• Ensure facilities meet health and security standards and energy efficiency and sustainability requirements.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings and growth within services delivered to residents.
• Assess opportunity for enhanced service delivery for chargeable and non-chargeable services to residents
• Manage performance to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service standards and to lead on improvements.

Our Requirements – Services Manager

• A relevant management qualification
• Proven experience of managing and leading others.
• Delivering and managing a range of services, including customer facing services.
• Significant experience of managing budget expenditure and understanding of the principles of value for money
• Experience of managing commercial contracts and works in a housing/ construction environment.
• Experience of using a range of systems, to deliver efficient services and monitor service.
• Ability to hold everyday conversations in Welsh (or be currently learning / willing to learn Welsh)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
