About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a high-spec gym fit-out project from start to finish. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team delivering premium fitness spaces across the UK.

As Site Manager, you ll be responsible for overseeing all on-site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site activities and subcontractors

• Ensure works are carried out in line with programme and specification

• Enforce site safety procedures and compliance with H&S regulations

• Conduct progress meetings and report to Project Manager/Contracts Manager

• Coordinate material deliveries and on-site logistics

• Maintain quality control and resolve on-site issues promptly

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial fit-outs (gym/retail/hospitality preferred)

• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold card preferred), First Aid

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and programmes
