We have an exciting opportunity to work for a leading housing developer on a new build site in Greater Manchester with plans for 48 Timber frame units.

You will be working for a national developer with a strong growth plan, with exceptional opportunity to progress your career into Contracts Manager and above.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Supervise and co-ordinate site staff, sub-contractors, material suppliers and utility providers to ensure an efficient method of build to the required build quality and build programme.
• Ensure that production targets are met whilst producing the highest quality of product and ensuring costs are kept within budget.
• Liaise with Sales department and customers to ensure the highest possible Customer Care performance/ satisfaction and complete all relevant inspections and documentation.
• Lead, motivate, communicate with, develop, appraise and performance manage staff to ensure staff are fully motivated to achieve best performance to meet the company’s needs.

Site Manager – Skills & Experience

• Excellent site management skills with a proven track record in managing volume housebuilding sites.
• Trade background – ideally Joinery or Bricklaying
• Essential – CSCS card, First Aid, SMSTS
• Desirable – CIOB Site Management, Scaffold Appreciation, Crane Supervisor

Salary & Package on offer

• £55k – £65k basic Salary
