Site Manager – Runcorn – Office-to-Resi

We are recruiting on for the role of site manager, on behalf of a main contractor who are overseeing the conversion of a former office block into Runcorn into 113 residential apartments, with the project being well underway and having 5 months left to run.

Duties:

• Ensuring the health and safety of site operatives
• Coordinating subcontractors and site labour
• Progress reports
• Reporting to a visiting contracts manager
• Compiling RAMS
• Ordering materials
• Updating site diary

Requirements:

• Joinery background
• Past fit out experience of either apartments or offices
• SMSTS,CSCS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness
• Able to provide references

The role is on a self-employed basis and we can pay either via a ltd co or CIS.
