We are currently looking for an experienced Account Director to join our team predominantly in South Kensington; however travel to surrounding sites will be required. The successful applicant will be dynamic, self-motivated, hands-on with a can-do attitude and keen to progress. They should be able to collaborate and communicate with high-level stakeholders and decision-makers and lead a cross-functional team whilst ensuring all company policies and procedures are embedded within the contracts.

Purpose of the Post;

• As the Account Director, you’ll play an integral part of the team being the operational lead on a number of sites across London & the South in the educational sector. You’ll be the driving force for delivery across the Iconic Buildings based contracts
• To manage a team of various Managers and related colleagues in providing a quality service to all assignments falling within the contract, whilst controlling the related costs. Joint commercial responsibility for the retention of contracts, growth of business
• To report on and provide an accurate account on the P&L on a monthly basis
• The Account Director should aim for a 9 as a score on the quarterly Net Promoter Scores

Key Responsibilities;

• Responsible for the delivery of the contract services at our client s contracts as detailed and agreed within the scope of contract
• Will be responsible for the development and implementation of all employee resources, processes and procedures to ensure they are aligned with the details of the Assignment Instructions as agreed with the Client
• Responsible for the standards of service delivery in line with the SLA as agreed with the client whilst providing across client sites by advising on SLAs, KPIs, objectives and projects
• Maintains and expands relationships with strategically important large customers / builds long term mutually beneficial partnerships with Key Customers
• Be responsible for the Profit and Loss balance sheet for all aspects of the contract. All additional income, expenditure and unaccounted costs are to be controlled and reported on a monthly basis
• To ensure all contracts and sites comply with all policies and procedures contained in the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality procedures (IMS) and to promote and make consistent use of the guidelines, processes, checklists and forms contained within it

Applicant Requirements;

• Holds a valid IOSH Managing Safety certificate
• Hold a Level 5 Management certificate or equivalent
• Able to attend sites per all shift types on ad hoc basis to engage with out of hours colleagues
• Collaborate and communicate with high-level stakeholders and decision-makers and lead a cross-functional team
• Proactively work with HR Business Partner to ensure that all Company policies and procedures are embedded within the contracts and risk is minimised
