Our client is a lovely Facilities Management service provider with a variety of contracts nationwide. It is currently looking for a Soft Services Manager to join a healthcare contract in East London. As the Soft Services Manager, you will help oversee the soft services delivered on site.

The successful Soft Services Manager will oversee the department team leaders that run the Cleaning, Catering and Potering at the small hospital. There is an overall team of circa 40 people.

You must have excellent people management skills, ensure that team objectives and goals are carried out and be present in most client meetings. In addition, the Soft Services Manager must have working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws and ensure that service departments adhere to these regulations.

• 35,000 – 40,000 basic salary

This is a lovely opportunity for an experienced Soft Services Manager. Working in the healthcare environment is desirable but not essential.
