The Business: FTSE 100 Gaming, Technology and Gambling Business

Day Rate: 550 – 650

Duration: 6 Months

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of corporate travel, including airfare, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and event logistics
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their travel needs and preferences
• Develop and maintain relationships with travel vendors and support on negotiating good value contracts and rates
• Manage travel budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to budgetary constraints
• Provide travel assistance and support to employees, including booking changes, cancellations, and emergency assistance
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in corporate travel management and implement innovative solutions to enhance the travel experience for employees

Key Skills:

• A depth of experience in corporate travel management, ideally in the leisure, gaming or entertainment industry
• Ability to support on negotiations and vendor management
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in travel management software and tools, such as Concur or Expedia
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
